The BlessingsRemembered.com site is managed by Blessings Remembered, a DBA of Four Corners Remodeling, Inc.
Purchases
When you place an order on BlessingsRemembered.com we will ask you for the following personal information: name, email address, mailing address, phone number and shipping address. Payment information is transmitted through our payment gateway with PayPal via a secure encrypted server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the approved industry standard (see Security section below). We, at Blessings Remembered, do not see your credit card information as payment is completed entirely through PayPal.
Payment must be completed through PayPal before the order can be processed and shipped. No COD orders will be accepted. If you need assistance with payment please contact us directly. In addition, your order processing cannot begin until we recieve your digital photo(s) via the upload mechanism provided during the ordering process. You may return to BlessingsRemembered.com at a later date to upload your digital photo(s) with the understanding that your order cannot proceed to processing until the upload has been completed.
BlessingsRemembered.com is required by law to apply and collect state sales taxes. To that end, a sales tax of 7.0% is applied to all orders with shipping addresses within the state of Florida, where BlessingsRemembered.com is based.
Please note that we will only use your personal information to contact you for account purposes and/or to present you with new offers and promotions. Your information will not, under any circumstances, be sold to or given to any group, person or business entity except where required by law. Also note that on all correspondence, with respect to sending you electronic communications with new offers and special discounts- you have the ability to unsubscribe from receiving additional emails from Blessings Remembered by clicking the "unsubscribe" link.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our production processes, we are required to adhere to strict refund policies and procedures.
There are no refunds under any circumstances.
The shipping option is your choice. We are not responsible for the US Postal Service, Federal Express, United Parcel Service, or any other system of conveyance in the event that you do not receive your package within expected time limits.
Errors and omissions on behalf of Blessings Remembered are handled on a case by case basis.
Wrong Address
Please note that we cannot be held responsible in the event that we have been provided with an incorrect delivery address. No refunds or exchanges are forthcoming if the result of an incorrect address is a lost package. Once orders are placed, address changes incur an additional $15.00 change fee, which you hereby authorize by making a purchase on this site.
